A Year Full of Highlights: Potsdam's Event Calendar 2025
Potsdam celebrates 2025 with a program that intertwines culture, history and film. This year is marked by significant anniversaries: In December 1990, 35 years ago, Potsdam’s palaces and gardens were inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The 35th anniversary of German reunification will also take center stage in 2025. Visitors can look forward to a diverse range of events, from the enchanting winter lights of “Unterwegs im Licht” kicking off the year, to the magnificent Potsdamer Schlössernacht and the renowned Musikfestspiele, alongside smaller, unique occasions like the Royal Wine Festival, the LIT:potsdam Literature Festival, and the Potsdamer Tanztage. Potsdam’s status as a film city will also shine with highlights such as the “Sehsüchte” International Student Film Festival and the “Green Visions”Film Festival.

PMSG Potsdam Marketing und Service GmbH is entrusted with the tourism and culture marketing of the state capital Potsdam. This includes advising guests in the Tourist Information centres and via the service hotline as well as the broad portfolio of public and private tours. The PMSG congress office provides advice on all aspects of meetings, congresses and company events in Potsdam.
